- Conducting technical training sessions for key enterprise customers and business partners.
- Taking a proactive approach to resolving customer questions, technical issues, and product-related inquiries.
- Building and coordinating long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Working closely with sales representatives responsible for commercial projects, providing technical expertise during the sales process.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and managing technical communication with clients, including handling requests through Jira, email, and product-related inquiries.
