We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide professional support to customers and help ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle various inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
• Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Investigating and following up on customer cases to ensure successful resolution
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation in internal systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to address more complex customer requests
• Identifying recurring customer issues and sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
