Primary task:

Provide consecutive interpreting for Ukrainian speakers living in English-speaking countries who cannot communicate in English.
Interpret phone and video calls with public institutions, including medical facilities, police stations and emergency services.
Handle assignments based on current demand, including sensitive and emergency situations.

Cooperation terms:

Cooperate under a civil contract with an hourly rate of 34.00–44.00 PLN.
Settlement is based on the hours of services actually delivered.
Use the MyBenefit platform, including private medical care, a sport card, shopping or travel vouchers, and cinema tickets.

Key requirements:

Excellent command of Ukrainian and English.
Strong listening, retention and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy.
Ability to empathize with callers and work under pressure.
Stable wired internet connection and a quiet environment for service provision.

Formal requirements:

Current access to the Polish labor market and valid work authorization documents.
