Handling voice and video calls with various public institutions, including:

medical facilities,
police stations,
emergency services (911).

Ensuring clear, accurate, and professional communication between all parties.
Responding with empathy and composure, especially in sensitive or emergency situations.

Excellent command of Ukrainian and English (both spoken and written).
Strong listening, retention, and note‑taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
The ability to empathize with callers while remaining professional.
High stress resilience, particularly when dealing with distressed or incoherent speakers during emergency calls.
A stable wired internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Availability to provide services on a regular basis, according to the contractor's declared availability.
Legal access to the Polish labor market and valid work authorization documents.
