We build innovative digital products for the modern workplace in the Cloud, and we need your help! Our products are being used by hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide and sometimes they need a hand – to help them with workai tools and features. You will always have direct contact with a Team Leader, QA team, and Product Owner, and access to all the resources you need to make your work efficient and fun.
- receiving, analyzing, and resolving Customer requests as part of first-line support,
- coordinating the support process – from ticket registration to cooperation with second-line support,
- analyzing recurring issues and providing feedback to the product team,
- maintaining regular contact with Customers – attending meetings, conducting training sessions, and providing product-related support,
- preparing educational materials for Customers (e.g., guides, presentations, and instructions),
- developing and updating the product knowledge base,
- continuously expanding your knowledge of the platform and its features.
