- Active acquisition of partners for commercial and non-commercial projects, ongoing management of communication, documentation, and contact database to build lasting cooperation with the university environment.
- Planning events integrating academic and business environments, promoting the potential of the university externally.
- Operational support for internal events.
- Comprehensive service for clients of the University Office.
- Document management: receiving, registering, and sending correspondence.
- Preparation of reports and summaries.
- Financial documentation support - invoice and account registration, data entry into databases and systems, assistance in implementing new tools and systems.
- Maintenance of building in proper technical condition, cooperation with external companies.
- Execution of procurement processes for goods and services necessary for the operation of the Office.
- Ongoing monitoring of room conditions and participation in inventory of fixed assets, asset record-keeping, logistics of equipment (moves, liquidations).
- Support to the Director of Operations in daily tasks.
