03 Profil kandydata

Minimum 3+ years in project management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development, and research
Middle East Focus: Must have prior experience working directly with clients from the Middle East (MENA region) and a solid understanding of the business culture
Strong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools (experience with Productive is a plus). Solid understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints
Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (C1/C2 level). Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and align internal teams
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10-15 members with a product-focused mindset. You take full responsibility for project execution and are a proactive, solution-oriented problem solver
A knack for identifying business opportunities and a strong understanding of budget management, profitability, and reporting
