- Manage and oversee a range of digital projects throughout their entire lifecycle, balancing discovery, design and technical implementation phases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams across departments, including Analytics, Research, Strategy, Content Writing, Design, and Development.
- Ensure projects run smoothly by monitoring timelines, budgets, communication flow, and task completion, leveraging project management tools and standardized routines.
- Lead flexible, evolving projects where requirements may change, adjusting scope and approach to align with clients' needs and business goals.
- Create, track, and manage budgets and produce detailed reports to maintain transparency for both the client and our company.
