Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a high-complexity operational environment - fintech, technology, or similar
- Excellent organizational skills: you plan ahead, pay attention to details, and ensure that no important issues fall through the cracks
- Documented successes in managing multiple teams simultaneously
- Ability to quickly learn a new domain - you don't need to know crypto, but you must be able to ask the right questions
- Ability to build a culture of responsibility within the team
- Comfort working with tools for work and documentation management (Jira or similar) - conducting procedures, tickets, and operational documentation is standard for you, not an obligation
Additional advantages:
- Experience working with technical teams (engineers, analysts, developers)
- Knowledge of project and process management methodologies
- Experience in a 24/7 operational environment
- Familiarity with operations engineering practices: system monitoring, operational dashboards, and defining/enforcing service quality standards
- Previous exposure to the financial or trading industry
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets and the blockchain ecosystem - understanding exchange mechanisms, asset types, and operational specifics of this market
