To keep running smoothly, we’re looking for a well-organized, proactive person who enjoys bringing structure to information, improving internal processes, and working cross-team. In this role, you’ll support internal and external communication, business operations, and onboarding - with a strong focus on keeping content, data, and tools consistent and up to date.
- Manage and continuously improve the company intranet - organizing, updating, and structuring internal materials
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Coordinator for social media activities - handling day-to-day communication independently, and collaborating with the creative team on bigger initiatives, ensuring consistency with the marketing strategy (Canva and Figma would be a plus)
- Analytical mind who can work with data from our CRM, LinkedIn, Hubspot, job boards, and translate it into insights and recommendations for the Recruitment and Sales teams
- Detail-oriented administrator who will manage recruitment tools (e.g., Recruitify, LinkedIn) and ensure data is complete, well-structured, and features are used effectively
- Support partner for onboarding - creating onboarding roadmaps and keeping the process structured and consistent, supported by clear documentation and templates
