01 Zakres zadań

To keep running smoothly, we’re looking for a well-organized, proactive person who enjoys bringing structure to information, improving internal processes, and working cross-team. In this role, you’ll support internal and external communication, business operations, and onboarding - with a strong focus on keeping content, data, and tools consistent and up to date.

  • Manage and continuously improve the company intranet - organizing, updating, and structuring internal materials
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
  • Coordinator for social media activities - handling day-to-day communication independently, and collaborating with the creative team on bigger initiatives, ensuring consistency with the marketing strategy (Canva and Figma would be a plus)
  • Analytical mind who can work with data from our CRM, LinkedIn, Hubspot, job boards, and translate it into insights and recommendations for the Recruitment and Sales teams
  • Detail-oriented administrator who will manage recruitment tools (e.g., Recruitify, LinkedIn) and ensure data is complete, well-structured, and features are used effectively
  • Support partner for onboarding - creating onboarding roadmaps and keeping the process structured and consistent, supported by clear documentation and templates

03 Profil kandydata

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intranet & Presentation Management: Organizing and structuring internal materials; creating and updating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Coordinating day-to-day communication, collaborating with the creative team, and ensuring alignment with marketing strategy (Canva/Figma a plus).
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyzing data from CRM, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and job boards to provide actionable insights for Recruitment and Sales.
  • Tool Administration: Managing recruitment platforms (e.g., Recruitify, LinkedIn), ensuring data integrity and effective feature utilization.
  • Onboarding & Internal Comms: Structuring the onboarding process (roadmaps, templates) and coordinating communication regarding legal, financial, and organizational updates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in communication, operations, PMO, business analysis, recruitment support, employer branding, or marketing.
  • Very good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into conclusions.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
