Product Owner

YOU WILL

• Data requirement gathering, analysis and curation.
• Stakeholder engagement with CTO’s customers and teams to agree and document
• requirements.
• Analyse and document what our customers ask for and measure how they use our product
• so that we can prioritise their needs.
• Contribute to the design of technical processes, spot gaps, and be able to gather.
• information across multiple areas to ensure the documentation is consistent
• Document test cases.
• Support migration planning and execution.
• Work close with the delivery teams to monitor and report progress and provide.
• clarifications.
• Sharing learnings with a wide group of stakeholders.

MUST HAVE

• Stakeholder Engagement & Management skills and a desire to build relationships
• Deep understanding of Business analysis in a Product and Customer Centric organisation
• Process Flow Definition / mapping (Current and Future State) experience
• Good understanding of enterprise IT environments within financial sector, with experience across application hosting, data management, network infrastructure, APIs and microservices
• Strong data analysis skill to segment our customers, capture telemetry requirements, and understand how they onboard to, engage with and use a product
• Requirements Elicitation (Facilitating, Challenging and Documenting) – this includes:

o Epic confirmation

o User Stories

o Behaviour Driven Development scenarios

o Refinement with Architectural/Development teams

o Options Analysis

o Gap Analysis

o Data Mapping

o Process Mapping (e.g. BPMN)

o User Acceptance Testing Support

o Operational Design/Impact Analysis.
