You’ll join a team responsible for a global file transfer platform used by key business systems and external partners. This role combines hands-on operations with technical troubleshooting, giving you real impact on production stability and client onboarding. You’ll work with teams across different regions, solve complex transfer issues, and help introduce automation where manual work slows things down.
What you will do?
- Handle client requests and configuration changes for file transfer services, including mailbox setup, routing, partner onboarding and certificate lifecycle
- Troubleshoot transfer failures, performance and connectivity issues, supporting incident and problem management with root cause analysis
- Keep documentation, configuration records and audit evidence up to date
- Support monitoring, health checks and disaster recovery testing to ensure reliability and availability
- Share knowledge and help onboard new team members across global teams
- Take part in planned weekend maintenance for upgrades, patching and controlled production changes, on call only if the support model evolves
- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure and business teams worldwide to resolve issues and maintain secure file transfers
- Contribute to process improvements, automation and client onboarding
