IT Delivery Lead

Must have

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead / Development Lead in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, testing, and release management
• Excellent coordination, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience delivering integration-heavy solutions (APIs, data pipelines, messaging, batch)
• Experience with Avaloq and/or Addepar platforms
• Ability to work effectively in regulated financial services environments

Role overview

We are seeking an IT End-to-End Development Lead to drive the delivery of technology solutions across the full lifecycle—from requirements through design, build, testing, and release. This role combines technical leadership with strong delivery ownership, coordinating multiple teams and vendors in a complex, regulated environment. You will play a key role in delivering integration-heavy solutions, particularly involving Avaloq and/or Addepar platforms, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.

You will

• Lead end-to-end delivery across one or more workstreams (scope, timeline, quality, risk)
• Drive planning, dependency management, and release coordination
• Oversee delivery involving Avaloq and/or Addepar platforms and integrations
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and ensure best practices (CI/CD, testing, design)
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, security, and vendors
• Define and manage testing strategy, release readiness, and early-life support
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
