Kogo poszukujemy?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, IT program, or project management, preferably within large ICT programs
- Experience with program management activities, including executive reporting, risk management, and dependency tracking
- Basic knowledge of DORA regulation and IT resilience topics
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and well-organized approach to work
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment and supporting program-level initiatives
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Support the Program Management Office (PMO) within the DORA programme
- Prepare and deliver executive reporting materials for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate and follow up on program activities, tasks, and deliverables
- Track and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Collaborate with the Program Manager, Program Sponsor, and wider PMO team
- Provide tactical and administrative support across the program
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
- Support ad-hoc PMO tasks related to program execution and governance
