Kogo poszukujemy?
- Proven experience leading software development teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, development platforms, and data technologies (oversight role — no hands-on coding required).
- Willingness to work from the office at least 2 days per week (hybrid model).
- Fluent in English and Polish.
