Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a high-complexity operational environment - fintech, technology, or similar, preferably in more than one company
Documented successes in managing multiple teams simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills: you plan ahead, pay attention to details, and ensure that no important issues fall through the cracks
Ability to quickly learn a new domain - you don't need to know crypto, but you must be able to ask the right questions
Natural authority and the ability to build a culture of responsibility within the team
Resilience to pressure and comfort in a variable and non-linear environment
Comfort working with tools for work and documentation management (Jira or similar) - conducting procedures, tickets, and operational documentation is standard for you, not an obligation
