Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations, manage identity and access, and support cross-functional teams through effective system administration and process automation.

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for the design, deployment and troubleshooting of Enterprise IT systems and solutions.
• Perform research, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex issues for new system technologies, on prem and cloud-based, in physical and virtual deployments.
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Take a leadership role in the development and implementation of project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.
• Develop sophisticated system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
• Define and document best practices and support procedures.
• Ability to work independently on day-to-day work tasks
• Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation.
• Carry out special tasks at Management's direction
• Interact with staff and other peer groups at the technical level, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Serve as a point of contact and lead to junior team members
