Control-M Administrator

Must have:

• 5–8 years of experience as a Control‑M Administrator
• Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL/Ubuntu)
• Proficiency in Python / Shell scripting
• Experience supporting Control‑M on Unix/Linux environments
• Hands‑on experience with Control‑M scheduling, including JSON, XML, and AAPI
• Experience in testing, evaluating, and deploying new Control‑M features and fix packs
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Ansible
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and an ownership mindset
• Experience with Oracle

Nice to have:

• Experience with logging/monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes
• Experience deploying new Control‑M features/fix packs in enterprise environments

You will:

• Install, configure, and maintain new Control‑M instances across enterprise environments
• Support performance, regression, and stress testing of Control‑M environments
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues related to Control‑M
• Consult with application teams on Control‑M capabilities, integrations, and best practices
• Design and implement Control‑M infrastructure solutions based on user and project requirements
• Maintain code and configurations following software engineering best practices
• Collaborate with vendors on support cases, enhancements, and feature deployments
• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials for support teams
