You will
- Support and resolve customer requests across AWS, Azure, and GCP internal platforms
- Support the project teams with their application deployments
- Troubleshoot Customer project configurations using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Operational standards (E.g. IAM Roles and permissions, VPC Network configurations, Firewall rules, Logging and Monitoring Alerts)
- Update support and operational documentation as required
- Ensure good Change management practice is implemented as specified by central standards.
- On a rotational on-call basis, provide out-of-business-hours support as part of our 24 x 7 coverage.
