The Customer Data Insights team is building an in-house survey tool to collect feedback on technology products used across the globe - from Asia to Europe. The project uses a microservices architecture on Google Cloud Platform, designed for scalability, automation and high-quality data. You’ll collaborate with teams in China, Hong Kong, India and the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain the GCP-hosted survey tool
- Work closely with engineers, architects and business stakeholders to drive the product forward
- Automate processes to ensure consistent, high-quality code and data
- Create technical test plans and automate unit, integration, and functional tests
- Collaborate with Ops, Dev, and Test teams to identify and resolve operational issues
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Deliver solutions while following company governance and compliance standards
