Kogo poszukujemy?
Skills:
- 7+ years of professional Java development experience (Java 8 and above)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns and understanding of secure coding practices is a must
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit, Mockito)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
- Understanding of containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, IBM MQ) and with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, MyBatis)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)

What you will do:
- Design and build Java (Spring / Spring Boot) services used across a large-scale banking ecosystem
- Work on systems processing high volumes of data, where performance, stability and security really matter
- Take part in architectural discussions and influence technical decisions (it’s not just “implement and move on”)
- Develop and improve REST APIs and messaging-based integrations (Kafka, IBM MQ)
- Review code, raise the quality bar and share good practices within the team
- Support production systems, analyze issues and improve observability and reliability
- Work closely with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, deployments and cloud-based environments
