- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in full stack development
- Strong command of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and component-driven architecture
- Solid experience in backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and domain-driven design
- Proven ability to build platforms from scratch and deliver end-to-end functionality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication - able to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture best practices and a value-driven, results-oriented mindset
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Architect, design, and build a robust, scalable web platform from the ground up - across both frontend and backend
- Lead development of user-facing features using modern frameworks (React, Angular)
- Develop and maintain backend services (APIs, microservices, business logic) using Node.js, Java, or Python
- Design scalable and efficient data architecture, from database modeling to API structure
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business users, and engineers in an agile (SCRUM) environment
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable code with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews
- Design and build cloud-based setups (preferably on Google Cloud Platform) using infrastructure as code, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and serverless solutions
- Mentor and guide engineers, promoting technical excellence and architectural best practices
- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
