Monitor alignment of processes across data domains, functions and lines of business to the Enterprise Data Governance Policy and standards to meet its specific requirements
Consult with all stakeholders to support defining, and/or integrating processes to align with the enterprise Data Governance roadmap and/or Data Risk and Control framework and taxonomy
Apply good understanding of concepts and procedures within own data domain area to resolve data inconsistencies, including exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis and flow of critical data
Translate data into insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
Analyze and report governance metrics and insights including Data Governance adoption and maturity
Provide technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, and implementation of complex initiatives

03 Profil

5-8 years relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Analytics, or related area performing data analytics
Familiar with financial instruments, derivatives products and credit risk concepts
Experience analyzing large datasets; proficient in data analytics, AI prompts and reporting tools to analyze complex data and identify trends
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively and translate complex data findings into clear insights for business partners
Detail-oriented self-starter able to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail
Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required
