Senior Fullstack Engineer

Project

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build end-to-end web applications and supporting backend services.

You will work across both frontend and backend layers, developing user-facing applications, internal portals, administrative consoles and backend-for-frontend services. The role combines modern React/TypeScript development with Java and Spring Boot backend engineering.

You will collaborate across UX, integration and implementation, with a focus on building maintainable, performant and reusable solutions.

You will

• Develop responsive web applications using React and TypeScript
• Build backend services and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Create dashboards, admin consoles and workflow-oriented interfaces
• Design reusable UI components and consistent interaction patterns
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, authentication flows and operational data sources
• Contribute to automated testing across frontend and backend layers
• Work across UX, integration and implementation aspects of the applications
• Build maintainable and performant solutions for platform users, administrators and internal teams

Must have

• Strong experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
• Good backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Good understanding of frontend state management and component architecture
• Experience with test automation across frontend and/or backend
• Ability to work across frontend, backend, UX and integration topics
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a full-stack environment
• Good English and fluent Polish

Nice to have

• Experience building internal portals, operational dashboards or developer-facing tools
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility
• Experience with data visualization libraries
• Exposure to WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE)
• Experience with Material UI (MUI)
