- Creation of corporate actions golden record on a security level
- Processing corporate actions transactions into reference data system on a fund level
- Review and process the elections as made by clients based on the golden record
- Cooperating with internal and external clients as well as with other teams involved in the global process
- Perform control functions in a process, verify transactions booked into accounting system and preparation of accounting summaries/reports
- Understanding of the product and end to end process on the level sufficient for efficient interaction with department management
- Applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support the implementation of projects
- Interpreting data and contributing to recommendations for process improvement, and/or the launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms
- Process coverage within EMEA (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
