System Analysis Trainee

What we offer:

• 5 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.
• Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you develop professional-level skills faster.
• A hands-on approach. You won’t just study System Analysis theory — you’ll apply it to practical project tasks.
• Exposure to the full software development lifecycle. Learn how requirements are gathered, documented, analyzed, and transformed into working software solutions.
• Work with real-world technologies and processes. Gain experience with system design, APIs, databases, software architecture, and requirements management.
• Career-focused training. The program is dedicated to developing the skills required for a successful start in IT. As this is an educational initiative, no scholarship is provided during the traineeship. Salary is provided upon joining a commercial project.
• Employment upon successful completion of the program.

Who we are looking for:

People who enjoy analyzing information, understanding complex systems, identifying dependencies, and finding effective solutions that bridge business needs and technical implementation.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, software development processes, software architecture, and database fundamentals.
• Knowledge of SQL fundamentals.
• Understanding of UML 2.0 diagrams.
• Knowledge of web technologies and integrations (API, HTTP, REST, SOAP).
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of requirements management, requirements types, and documentation practices.
• Willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and dive into details.
• A strong desire to develop a career in System Analysis and IT.

Nice to have:

• German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in banking, finance, leasing, or departments responsible for business process optimization and automation.
• Experience in creating, supporting, or improving financial products and services.
