Build test automation capability for the GPB Core Banking Platform (Avaloq)
Lead the design and development of an Avaloq Test Suite with high automation coverage, continually optimising and extending it
Keep automation levels consistently optimised to minimise manual intervention, including selecting tools to maximise performance
Ensure products and services meet all mandatory and regulatory compliance requirements
Maintain group controls within pod activities and resolve remediation activities swiftly
Be accountable for the platform's operational stability, integrity, and availability
Functionally manage the team to ensure the automation suite is delivered and operated in line with customer needs

Strong testing background, including test automation using TestMaster
Solid understanding of the Private Banking domain
Experience working on the Avaloq platform, with strong technical capability in Avaloq scripting and DDIC; knowledge of Avaloq reporting/interfaces
Proven debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to design and develop IT solutions in line with agreed solution designs, with a continuous improvement mindset
Accountability for appropriate unit and integration test coverage
Strong leadership skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to define and document solutions with structured analysis techniques
Experience working across one or more functional domains and adapting quickly to new business areas
