Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate QA activities across the Agile Release Train and multiple Scrum teams.
- Plan, execute, document and report functional, non-functional, system, integration and End-to-End testing.
- Define and improve testing strategies, methodologies, governance and best practices.
- Ensure test environments, test data and test evidence are ready before production releases.
- Coordinate test schedules with release and deployment plans.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and impediments, and communicate quality metrics and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coach QA teams and drive improvements in test automation coverage, KPIs and operational efficiency.
