Manual QA Engineer

• Perform expert-level web service testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Design and execute advanced front-end automation utilizing Selenium or Playwright frameworks
• Conduct log extraction and querying via Cloudwatch, Opensearch, and Kibana to support integration and regression testing
• Manage ticket capture and workflows within Jira and maintain information repositories in Confluence
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and analysts to build a robust quality assurance community

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Tester using industry-standard automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI)
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with AWS and Azure DevOps environments
• Proficiency in utilizing Xray or similar tools for comprehensive test case management
• In-depth understanding of SCRUM software and Agile development processes
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills to effectively engage with peers and delivery stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads for self and team members

Nice to have:

• Experience with browser and OS testing using tools like BrowserStack
• Knowledge of the Product Operating Model and accessibility awareness
• Familiarity with device farm utilization and innovative testing methodologies
• Confident approach to identifying risks and escalating key issues as required
