Cross-Disciplinary Controls Senior Lead Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of existing controls, identify improvement areas and implement changes.
• Oversee risk and control books of work, including Issue Management.
• Lead large-scale change, process re-engineering and control-environment transformation.
• Build proactive relationships with Business and Function Risk and Control Leads.
• Use Citi AI tools and copilots to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate daily Controls activities and assess processes against Policies, Standards and Procedures.
• Run BIR management forums, including meetings, agendas and action follow-up.

• 12+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit or control-related functions within a large financial services institution.
• Experience leading large-scale change management, process re-engineering and control-environment transformation.
• Ability to produce high-quality analytics, status updates and executive reporting for data-backed decisions.
• Knowledge of internal policies, standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Execution-driven and results-oriented, with a record of ownership, accountability and timely delivery of complex initiatives.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders across matrixed organisations and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
