Role overview:
- Manage TCCORO’s global regulatory change management program for the Tech & Business Enablement organisation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Establish strategies, processes, procedures and reporting to ensure timely adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Lead Regulatory Change Management SMEs and oversee consistent delivery across jurisdictions.
- Review and challenge impact assessments and action plans, mapping laws, rules and regulations to business areas.
- Partner with GAU owners, Risk & Control, Country Risk Compliance Officers and the central regulatory change program.
- Support control testing, regulatory working groups, audits and regulator information requests.
- Prepare reports, communications and presentations for senior management and regulatory engagements, and identify continuous improvement opportunities including AI.
