01 Zakres zadań

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in consulting or implementation projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
  • Conduct business analysis and define functional requirements.
  • Test delivered solutions and support user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate daily with software developers and IT architects.
  • Take ownership of topics as an active member of an Agile team in an international environment.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

  • Initial experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT or a similar field.
  • Excellent English skills at a minimum C1 level.
  • Very good German skills at a minimum B2/C1 level.
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working and strong analytical reasoning.
  • Ability to work full time in Poland and the European Union.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of insurance processes and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation or IT companies, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
  • Practical experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, LeSS, Nexus or SAFe.
  • Fluency in French and willingness to travel to clients abroad up to 50% of working time.
