Responsibilities:

Participating in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, especially insurance companies.
Independently conducting complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, testing solutions and supporting UAT.
Working daily with software developers and IT architects.
Supporting Agile project coordination, mentoring junior team members and taking ownership of assigned areas.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
Familiarity with insurance business processes and experience delivering IT solutions in an international team.
Creative, resourceful and proactive approach to complex problems, with strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills.
Ability to learn quickly in an international environment and collaborate with English native speakers.
At least a bachelor's degree and availability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.
English at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

Experience in consulting, implementation or an IT company, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
Leadership and team management skills, with responsibility for team results.
Good knowledge of German or French.
Willingness to travel abroad for up to 50% of working time.
