Project:
- Develop mission critical Grid Automation software in modern C++17 and C++20 for global power systems.
- Build high performance, secure and reliable real time applications with predictable latency, resilience and long term support.
- Collaborate with global R&D, engineering, product and business teams on next generation energy infrastructure.
- Work in a flexible hybrid model from Kraków, with 1 to 2 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Design multithreading, synchronization, IO and latency solutions; integrate C++ cores with .NET and Rust runtime services.
- Profile and optimize threading, lock contention, memory allocation, scalability and low latency execution.
- Maintain quality through code reviews, unit testing, SOLID, KISS, DRY and best practices.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, documentation, roadmaps, refactoring, legacy modernization and feature delivery.
- Support dependency, build tooling and secure software supply chain decisions across Linux and Windows.
- Enhance existing systems and new features in an agile cross disciplinary team.
