Responsibilities:

Own and improve the shared CI/CD platform for the Common ASTRO DevOps team supporting ASTRO Public Safety Systems.
Drive Ansible-based configuration management and CI environment support.
Improve automation and operations across on-premises and AWS environments.
Maintain Jenkins reliability and support pipelines, Artifactory flows and release tooling.
Guide application teams, review technical changes and make pragmatic platform decisions.
Work with Python, Groovy, Bash, Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, Linux, Windows and KVM.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

At least 4 years' experience in on-premises CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and automation using Python, Groovy or Bash.
Jenkins troubleshooting, pipeline support and CI/CD improvement experience.
Strong Linux and operational troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Git and Artifactory.
Ability to solve cross-system issues and review solutions proposed by other teams.
Commitment to code quality, clean code practices and high-quality delivery.
Effective English communication and strong cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have:

Experience with KVM or other on-premises delivery infrastructure.
Experience with release engineering and package signing.
Experience mentoring engineers and helping teams adopt self-service models.
