Role context:
- Join the ASTRO Virtual Platform Team and help build and automate Linux-based virtualized platforms supporting Motorola Solutions’ mission-critical technology products at scale.
- Focus on Infrastructure as Code and automation rather than day-to-day IT support, manual configuration or repetitive patching.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software solutions for automated Linux installation, upgrades and configuration.
- Implement features and low-level designs for high-performance, reliable KVM environments.
- Design and execute automated functional and performance tests.
- Collaborate in an Agile, international team to make infrastructure deployment secure, robust and effortless.
