DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Must have

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong hands-on experience as an AWS DevOps / Cloud Engineer in engineering-focused environments
• Strong Python coding skills (application/tool development – not only scripting)
• Excellent experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Broad practical knowledge of AWS services such as IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, CodePipeline, CodeBuild
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automation tooling, and Agile delivery models
• Good understanding of cloud security / cyber security principles in AWS
• Experience building enterprise-scale infrastructure platforms
• Fluent English and Polish
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Ownership mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with JupiterOne, Wiz, or similar cloud security platforms
• Knowledge of Linux / Windows administration
• Experience with JavaScript / React for internal tooling
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives

You will

• Develop and enhance core platform services and internal engineering tools using Python, Terraform, JavaScript / React.
• Build automation solutions for secure and efficient cloud delivery using AWS native services.
• Create reusable Terraform modules and engineering artefacts for compliant infrastructure provisioning.
• Design and improve security compliance frameworks across AWS environments
• Support delivery teams in building secure, resilient, and scalable cloud systems
• Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, automation, reliability, and cloud security
• Participate in incident analysis, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
