Responsibilities:

Participation in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
Independent business analysis, definition of functional requirements, solution testing and support for UATs.
Daily cooperation with software developers and IT architects.
Support for Agile project coordination and mentoring of junior team members.
Taking ownership of assigned topics and areas as an active Agile team member.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
Familiarity with insurance business processes and experience delivering IT solutions in an international team.
Creative, resourceful and proactive approach to complex problems, with analytical thinking and the ability to present results.
Fast learning ability and readiness to work in a challenging international environment.
Ability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.
At least a bachelor's degree.
Excellent English, at least C1, with confidence in collaboration with native speakers.

Nice to have:

Experience in consulting, implementation or an IT company, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
Leadership and team management skills, with responsibility for team results.
Good knowledge of German or French.
Willingness to work with international clients and travel up to 50% of working time.
