Project scope:
- Refine epics, user stories and business requirements with Product Owners, Solution Architects and Analysts into technical designs and working software.
- Deliver data transformation and AI driven data enrichment that support regulatory compliance and efficient automation.
- Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, attending the office two or three days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable Python applications, REST APIs and microservices.
- Build data integrations and transformation logic across databases, APIs and enterprise systems.
- Ensure data completeness, quality, consistency and reconciliations.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests and deployment processes.
- Use LLMs and AI to improve solutions, business processes and software quality.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
