Storage Migration Project Lead

Project:

• Coordinate large scale storage migration initiatives in a financial enterprise environment, supporting secure NAS migration, business continuity and operational stability.
• Work with Business Analysts, stakeholders, Release Management and project leads to track delivery against agreed timelines.
• Maintain and develop Power BI reporting to show migration status and project performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Business Analysts team and plan storage migration activities.
• Participate in and lead NAS migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with Release Management and communicate with stakeholders daily.
• Own, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, follow up on requests from management and Project Managers, and monitor progress with regular status updates.

Key requirements:

• Strong knowledge of NAS technologies, including CIFS, SMB and NFS.
• Experience with NAS migrations, storage environments and migration processes.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI for reporting and dashboard management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SharePoint trackers and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of DataDobi StorageMAP.
