Project scope:

Design, develop and maintain analytical solutions, ETL processes and data pipelines using SSIS, MDX, SQL and OLAP cubes.
Create and maintain semantic models and analytical datasets.
Develop interactive reports based on business requirements.
Optimize data models for performance, scalability and accuracy.
Analyze business requirements and investigate root causes of data issues.
Translate stakeholder needs into effective technical solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, data models and solution designs.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

At least 5 years of professional experience in BI, data or SQL programming.
Hands on experience with SSIS and OLAP cubes.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including SQL Server.
Practical experience with MDX optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to understand business needs, investigate data related issues and propose effective technical solutions.
Good knowledge of Polish and English.

Nice to have:

Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Azure Data Lake.
Consulting or client facing experience.
