Global CMS implementation for a digital platform and a long term project.
Remote work from Poland, with the office in Poznań; full time on B2B.
Start ASAP, depending on the candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Optimizely CMS subject matter expert for the global website platform.
Define best practices for content architecture, site structures, page hierarchies and assets.
Support the global master site and scalable multi market rollouts.
Maintain governance standards across global and local implementations.
Guide teams and markets on the global content model and localization.
Check local implementations against approved architecture, governance and content standards.
Review solutions for scalability, maintainability and platform consistency.
Advise on permissions, editorial workflows and access management.
Improve implementation guidelines and rollout processes with platform owners.
Identify opportunities to streamline future market deployments.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

6+ years of professional experience with enterprise CMS platforms.
Extensive hands on experience with Optimizely CMS.
Multilingual, multi market websites and master site rollouts across countries.
Strong content architecture, governance, localization and CMS best practices.
Ability to advise stakeholders and challenge non standard solutions.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in international enterprise environments and very good English.
EU citizenship and residence in Poland.

Nice to have:

Experience defining CMS governance frameworks.
Knowledge of digital content strategy and editorial workflows.
Experience with enterprise website transformation projects.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
