- Work directly with airline clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure, adapt, and develop Python-based services and tools to support customer implementations
- Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business users — explaining, negotiating, and aligning on solutions
- Handle time-sensitive deliverables and support implementations under tight deadlines
- Travel internationally to support workshops, onboarding, and go-live phases
- Troubleshoot issues in production environments and ensure systems perform reliably in real operations
