Lead data improvement initiatives, including the development of new processes and tools to enhance data integrity.
Liaise with business partners across the firm to understand data challenges and align on effective solutions.
Review data quality analysis, identify issues, and manage them through the appropriate resolution channels.
Oversee day-to-day activities to support the prompt resolution of data quality concerns and optimize reporting.
Report and escalate data quality issues in line with our established management processes.
Support senior management’s strategic vision for data governance and quality.
Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding the firm's reputation.

03 Profil kandydata

6+ years of experience defining and implementing data quality programs, preferably within the banking or finance industry.
Risk Management experience and understanding is essential.
Regulatory compliance experience is a must have.
A comprehensive understanding of how different business areas integrate and contribute to shared objectives.
Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to unexpected changes in requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
A collaborative mindset, with a strong history of building partnerships to meet shared goals.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and facilitate productive discussions.
