Senior Red Hat Openshift Engineer

Project

Join a platform engineering team responsible for designing, deploying, and operating enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift environments supporting modern cloud-native applications. You will act as the technical expert for OpenShift architecture, automation, security, and platform reliability across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

You will

• Design, deploy, upgrade, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters
• Build and improve platform automation using Ansible, ArgoCD, Helm, and CI/CD tools
• Implement security best practices including RBAC, SCCs, policies, and secrets management
• Configure and maintain monitoring and logging solutions
• Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and performance issues
• Support cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on OpenShift architecture and platform best practices
• Create technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements

Must have

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering or infrastructure engineering
• Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift 4.x and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with RHEL, networking, and storage technologies
• Experience with GitOps, Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of container registries, Operators, and Service Mesh technologies
• Experience deploying OpenShift in hybrid or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience with ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) or ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift)
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/Elastic Stack, or similar observability tools
• Red Hat certifications (EX280, RHCA) or Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud-native platforms
