Field Marketing & Events Manager

• Planning and executing premium events such as executive dinners, conferences, and CX Masterminds
• Filling events with the right people (guest list management)
• Hosting events and acting as MC when needed
• Managing follow-up after events to generate pipeline
• Collaborating directly with founders, with autonomy over the event strategy

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in making events happen (first marketing work experience, student business club, TEDx team, Toastmasters chapter, or similar)
• Strong sense of taste for premium event experiences
• Ability to turn an idea into reality (venue booking, guest list, agenda, follow-up)
• Organizational skills under pressure with senior guests and real budgets
• Comfortable hosting and MCing in front of a room
• Commercial mindset: events as a GTM channel
• AI-native: drafting, building decks, and researching with AI by default
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and new markets

Nice to have:

• B2B exposure through internships, working-student roles, or agency work
• Track record of growing a community or owned event across multiple editions
