Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python / Robot Framework)

• Plan, coordinate, control, and ensure execution of test activities at initiative level following Nordea standards
• Evaluate test results and support decision-making in test-related processes
• Create and maintain test documentation and report test execution progress in Qtest
• Document test results and support defect management
• Implement manual and automated test cases and improve test frameworks
• Create and execute test cases according to project deadlines
• Provide testing support for resolving production issues
• Utilize best practices in test tools and testing processes
• Write automated test cases using Gherkin or similar language
• Collaborate with stakeholders and capability/function leads in testing activities
• Analyze requirements and prepare test data, environments, and service virtualization
• Increase test efficiency at team level through proper test setup and execution

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on testing experience
• Knowledge of file formats: XML, CSV, JSON
• Experience with Python and Robot Framework
• Basic knowledge of CI tools (Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Understanding of Git flow
• Understanding of Agile software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with databases (MSSQL) and writing SQL queries
• Experience with Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols
• Experience with Java-based testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber)
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
