Corporate Actions Business Analyst

• Lead business analysis activities on assigned projects, both client and internal, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure technical solutions are accurately aligned with business objectives, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Facilitate the adoption of new systems and workflows by business units, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation and projects risk.
• Lead process optimization initiatives, establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Key requirements:

• Relevant experience as Business Analyst in Change Management unit or in operational improvements area (e.g. Lean, reengineering programs).
• Experience of working with asset management clients on a variety of investment fund vehicles (e.g. OEICS, Segregated) or Investor Services operations.
• Thorough understanding of financial market.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Corporate Actions is an advantage.
