- Customer interaction, documentation issuance, review, and system setups
- Day to day management of client onboarding, including daily management of in-process, pended, and service-related activities
- Focus on timely and accurate delivery of all client onboarding functions and superior customer service
- Participate in project management in Client onboarding services and manage cross-functional relationships
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Ensure awareness and full compliance of internal processes, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain strong culture of risk and controls through various processes and check points
- Operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independence of judgement
- Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
