- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on SAM and ITOM modules in enterprise environments
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
- Ensure integration with key enterprise systems and platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure and application teams
- Act as a technical point of contact, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Support stakeholders in technical decision-making and solution design
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and standards across all developments
- Integrate with Oracle and SSO providers (Microsoft Entra ID) to support data collection and software usage visibility
- Integrate with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, SAP (ABAP & SuccessFactors), IBM / Red Hat, and GitHub
- Implement and optimize ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector
- Enhance existing integrations (Miro, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, Slack), including transition from MFT to direct ServiceNow integrations
